As an Applied AI Researcher and innovation leader, I explore, experiment, and push the boundaries of AI-- turning cutting-edge research into practical solutions.  I care about making AI accessible and actionable whether it's breaking down complex AI concepts for executives, spearheading AI prototypes, building complex AI agent systems, or leading teams to build next-gen tools.

I've worn many hats from AI Researcher, to Data Scientist, Technical Project Manager, Technical Program Manager, and Consultant. In each role, I bring forward my performing arts training, ensuring that every demonstration is a story and every story captivates, educates, and inspires action.

Beyond my corporate experience, I also advise AI startups, helping founders navigate the rapidly evolving AI landscape, refine their strategies, and translate innovative ideas into scalable, market-ready solutions.

  • Architected the AI agent system behind Aleq’s accounting financial platform; led 0 to 1 AI development from concept to deployment, aligning solutions with core business needs and shaping the company’s technology strategy.

  • Established thought leader in AI with 44+ research citations; published in Towards Data Science (600k+ readers), front page of Hacker News, and Tech News World. Deliver talks at leading AI conferences and create widely viewed technical content.

Applied AI Researcher - Neudesic, an IBM Company
  • Co-developed an AI safety guardrail approach that outperformed leading models like GPT-4o and other specialized models in detecting prompt injection and unsafe content; led prototype development, co-authored the research paper, and designed key experiments to validate performance.
  • Subject Matter Expert on Generative AI in pre-sales engagements, advising clients on AI’s potential, developing tailored prototypes, and driving new sales opportunities.
  • Designed and built multi-agent AI systems for enterprise clients; collaborated with Microsoft to publish a meta-analysis on AI agent architectures, contributing original insights to the field with 36+ citations.
  • Managed a team of 5 in developing Generative AI assets using Microsoft tools and authored AI playbooks guiding development of both pro-code and low-code Copilot solutions that enabled field teams to successfully deliver client engagements.
  • Led AI training enablement and the AI Community of Practice, designing and executing company-wide trainings,  hackathons and workshops for 500+ people.

  • Program Manager for a strategic AWS-IBM product launch, unveiled at AWS re:Invent 2022. Oversaw end-to-end delivery including budget management, opportunity pipeline growth, resolution of technical roadblocks, and creation of enablement materials for global teams.
  • Designed and implemented a governance framework for collaboration between IBM product teams and acquired companies, now adopted as an IBM-wide best practice to accelerate post-acquisition integration and product development.
  • Offering Lead for IBM Consulting’s largest acquisition in 20 years; led the integration of the acquired company’s technology into IBM’s offerings. Responsibilities included developing new product functionality with quarterly releases, managing budget, creating product roadmaps, technical marketing material, and leading cross-functional teams to resolve complex integration challenges.
