In this session presented to the AIM Community, I dive into the key considerations when selecting or creating an agent frameworks! We will examine the design choices, strengths, and limitations of different agent frameworks to complete complex tasks that require enhanced reasoning, planning, and tool execution capabilities.

🦾 During the session you’ll learn:

• The core components and taxonomy of AI agent architectures.
• Explore the critical role of reasoning, planning, and effective tool calling in enabling agents to tackle complex, multi-step problems.
• Gain insights into the trade-offs and best practices for selecting suitable agent architectures based on task requirements and desired outcomes.
• Recognize the current limitations and future research directions in the field of AI agent systems.

Building Intelligent Multi-Agent Systems @ Women in Data Science Conference

I had the honor of presenting at the WiDS Worldwide conference in SF, where I shared insights on Building Intelligent Multi Agent Systems – a topic I spend much of my time researching, writing educational articles, and working hands on with.

💪 The event featured an incredible lineup of women leaders in tech, including Nathalie Baracaldo presenting her groundbreaking research on secure LLMs, Claudia Natasia sharing her entrepreneurial journey, and Vishakha Gupta showcasing her innovative AI-first database technology.

🌟 I genuinely can’t remember the last time I was in a room with that many supportive, intelligent, and driven women and allies. The energy and knowledge exchange was extraordinary – this is exactly the kind of environment we need more of in tech.
